Grandma Gale's Carrot Cake

2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. Cooking Oil
4 Eggs
1 C. Chopped Walnuts
3 C. Grated Carrots

- Mix all the dry ingredients, add oil, eggs, nuts and carrots. Mix well. Bake in 3 8inch prepared layer pans. Bake @350 for 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks then frost.

Frosting -
1 - 8oz cream cheese - softened
1/4 LB margarine
4 C. Powdered Sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. Chopped Walnuts
